How do I Verify my PayPal Account?
-Verifying your PayPal is easier than ever! Simply log into www.paypal.com, and click the link 'Unverified' next to your account status. There are two ways to verify your account. Choose one of the two options on PayPal and follow the instructions provided!

How do I make payments?
-Payments can be made via Paypal Account or via credit card (credit card options are available during Paypal checkout). If using Paypal, simply log in and complete the transaction. If using credit card, checkout and select the option to pay with credit card and complete the transaction.

How do I sell you my Mesos?
-To sell your Mesos to us, use the Sell Items page and complete the instructions. We will contact you if we decide to buy!

Do I have to be Paypal Verified to buy Mesos?
-If paying through a Paypal account, we strongly suggest using an account that is Paypal Verified. Some orders may require us to see Paypal verification on your account. Small orders may not require Paypal verification.

Can I get discounts on large orders?
-Please contact us via email for special discounts on bulk orders (500 Million Mesos or over).

What is Home Package Delivery vs Personal Delivery?
-Home Package Delivery utilizes the new Package mailing system in MapleStory. We will virtually wire your Mesos via the Package system and you can retrieve it from your Package storage. The system takes 24-48 hours for you to be able to retrieve your Mesos from the Package storage. (Package delivery spots are available in each location [i.e Perion, Hennesy] by viewing your mini-map and heading towards the red truck!)
-Personal Delivery requires a representative from MesoRich to whisper you in-game and personally TRADE you the Mesos. This can take 10-15 minutes DEPENDING on if we can catch you online.

Is the Maplestory Trade Tax included when I purchase Mesos?
-We cover your tax!

At what times do you deliver?
We delivery 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! After your order is processed, our delivery agents will search all servers 8 times an hour. If you are on, we will whipser you right there!

Tell me what I need to do to buy 20+ Million Mesos successfully!
- 20-100+ Million Mesos are considered larger orders. For larger orders we require that your PayPal Account be VERIFIED. To Verify your PayPal account, log into PayPal.com and add a Bank Account. This security measure is CRUCIAL when making large or frequent purchases. Your address must also be CONFIRMED. You can also confirm your address on PayPal.com. Finally, please provide a VALID PHONE NUMBER on your MesoRich.com account information so that we can call you if further verification is needed!
